Public prices as of October 2026, monthly billing, no long-term commitment. Jobber is shown twice: Core with added users at $29 each (no client reminders or QuickBooks sync), and Connect at the team-size price on its page. Housecall Pro is shown on the plan that covers your headcount. Prices change; check each vendor. ServiceTitan publishes no prices.

How to read the result

Count everyone who will sign in. That means technicians, the dispatcher or front office, and the owner if they schedule jobs. Seats are what most tools charge for, and one that is left out of your count comes back as a surprise on the bill.

The table shows the monthly price, the yearly price and the arithmetic. Check the arithmetic against the vendor's page. If a number looks wrong to you, trust the vendor's page and tell us at support@calspark.app.

Price is only half of it

Jobber and Housecall Pro do things CalSpark does not yet: QuickBooks sync, routing and GPS tools, two-way customer texting and an Android app. A lower price does not help if you would pay for those anyway. Read CalSpark vs Jobber, CalSpark vs Housecall Pro and CalSpark vs ServiceTitan.

Plan for next year, not today

Move the slider to the headcount you expect in 12 months. A per-user tool gets more expensive with every hire. A tiered tool stays put, then jumps. A flat tool does not move until you pass its limit. The guide on per-user versus flat pricing walks through the three models.

CalSpark's plan covers up to 10 users. Beyond that, email support@calspark.app. The trial is 14 days with no card.

Questions

Where do the competitor prices come from?

Each tool's public pricing page, read on October 6, 2026 (sources and dates are in our fact sheet), monthly billing and no long-term commitment. We list the source for each on its comparison page. Plans change, so check before you buy.

Why is Jobber shown twice?

Core is the lowest plan Jobber publishes, at $49 for 1 user with added users at $29 each. But Core has no automated client reminders or QuickBooks Online sync, which start at Connect, and for teams of 2 to 5 and 6 to 10 Jobber's page shows Connect and higher plans instead of Core. So both are listed: Core as the floor and Connect as the like-for-like plan.

Why does the Housecall Pro price jump?

Its plans have user caps: 1 on Basic, 5 on Essentials and 8 on MAX. Crossing a cap moves you to the next plan. Past 8 users on MAX it adds $35 a month for each extra user.

Why is ServiceTitan blank?

It does not publish prices. Its pricing page says pricing is per technician and asks you to request a quote. We will not invent a number.

Does this save or send my numbers?

No. The calculation runs in your browser. We record only that the calculator was used, with no figures, through cookieless analytics.

What does it leave out?

Card processing fees, add-ons, onboarding fees, taxes and discounts. It also cannot tell you which tool has the features you need. Read the comparison pages for that.
