Comparison
CalSpark vs ServiceTitan
ServiceTitan serves contractors across many trades and sizes, with dispatch, call booking, estimates, reporting and marketing tools, plus enterprise and franchise offerings. CalSpark is a small tool for crews of up to ten. The two are not close in size, and for a large shop ServiceTitan is the right call.
How ServiceTitan pricing works
Read from ServiceTitan's public pricing page on October 6, 2026. Competitor prices are taken from each company's public pricing page as of October 2026. Plans change. Check their sites before you decide.
ServiceTitan does not publish prices. The page lists Starter, Essentials and The Works, shows Request Pricing on each and says pricing is per technician. By its feature lists, Starter has dispatching, scheduling, call booking, invoicing and a pricebook, Essentials adds mobile estimates and payroll management, and The Works adds advanced reporting, commission tracking and customizable memberships. We will not guess a number.

Without a published price, the arithmetic is yours to do after you get a quote. These questions help:
- What is the price per technician, per month, and does office staff count?
- Is there an onboarding or implementation fee, and what does it cover?
- What is the contract length and the renewal terms?
- Which features are in my tier and which cost extra?
- What does it cost to add one technician mid-year?
CalSpark is $49 a month for up to 10 users, on the pricing page, with no demo needed.

What you give up by choosing CalSpark
- Call booking, a pricebook, payroll and marketing tools.
- Reporting and dashboards.
- A long list of integrations. CalSpark has Stripe, a public API with webhooks and one-way calendar feeds, with the rest on the roadmap.
- A formal onboarding program. CalSpark has none: you sign up and set it up yourself.
- Support for multiple branches, call centers and large dispatch teams.
CalSpark does one narrower job: dispatch and job tracking and invoicing for crews of 3 to 10.
It also has no formal onboarding program. You sign up, import a customer CSV, add your team and start scheduling. Support is by email. If your shop wants a vendor to walk it through a migration, that is a real reason to pick the larger company.
The trade-off is simple. A bigger platform covers more of a growing business. A smaller one is quicker to learn and has a price you can read, and it stops where a growing company starts to need more.
Who should choose ServiceTitan

Who should try CalSpark
- You are a small crew and want a price you can read on a web page.
- You want to schedule jobs the day you sign up, without a demo call.
- Your needs are a board, customers, estimates, recurring visits, job photos and invoices.

Questions
How much does ServiceTitan cost?
ServiceTitan does not publish prices. Its pricing page says pricing is per technician and asks you to request pricing. We will not guess a number.
Is CalSpark a ServiceTitan replacement?
Not for a larger contractor. CalSpark covers scheduling, jobs and invoicing for crews of up to 10 users. It has no call booking, pricebook, payroll or reporting.
Why compare a small tool with ServiceTitan at all?
Its pricing page asks you to request pricing or a demo, so a small shop researching tools can end up there. If you are three techs, you may be buying more than you will use. If you are growing fast, ServiceTitan may be right sooner than you think.
Can I start with CalSpark and move later?
Yes, but plan for it. An admin can download customers, jobs and invoices as CSV from Settings, Data, and the public API is documented at /developers. Ask any vendor you move to how it imports customers.
Does CalSpark need a sales call?
No. Sign up, use the 14-day trial with no card, and decide after you have run real jobs through it.
